[It doesn't look like there's anybody through the cracks, and the laughter fades away as soon as Gunvolt tries to look through. He'll see a bright ballroom with open doors onto a balcony. What's more interesting is the visions of classmates and teachers GV will see milling around, smiling and talking indiscernibly with each other. He might even see himself in the crowd.
Some manner of black cloth flies by on the wind that the doors are letting in, and once it's gone from view, everybody has disappeared with it. And the room... Well, it doesn't look good. Everything is dark like one of those medieval cathedrals that haven't been cleaned in centuries. The glass is broken, furniture is overturned, and monsters are roaming around. Doesn't look too friendly in there, but they haven't noticed him yet... though if he's going to punch the wall, they sure will.]
