He knows Héctor still feels bad about that, somehow, for some reason. Ekkehardt understands why, though he finds it inconsequential - being a healer is his job, and sometimes he sees patients more than others, and that's how it is.

It's not hard to find him, once he puts his mind to it.

"Ah, Héctor. There you are. I was looking for you. Might I have a moment of your time?"

This might be ominous coming from a healer.
