She thought for sure he'd agree with her -- she doesn't know that her fairy magic is completely safe, she just trusts the Shun Shun Rikka. There might be a hidden dangerous side she isn't aware of, so she doesn't think she's just being self-deprecating. If she's wrong and someone gets hurt because of her ignorant and blind faith, she's going to feel horrible. But...she can't bring herself to be suspicious of the six little fairies that allowed her to protect her best friend, and allowed her to help all the others that followed. She wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them.
She smiles, ducking her head with a shy laugh as he brushes back her bangs. "You're nice. Thank you." He deserves to have her at least put serious thought into answering his question.
"...I'm not really sure," she admits. "I'd feel guilty dancing with someone after...after losing Ghost Peter. He's the reason I put any effort into learning at all." And she'd let him down. He would have been safer cooped up in the box if she hadn't arrogantly believed she had the power to help him pass on. In that regard, she'd failed him badly, and he got eaten as a result.
But what would make her happy...
In the end, it's not really about that. "In the end...I suppose...there are people I want to protect. And I can't really do that if I sulk here alone." Peter, Tatsumaki, and so many others. They can take all the preparations and precautions possible, but there's still a chance one of them might be hurt. She can't allow that.

"What about you? Are you going?"
