Yuya takes the book, turning it over in his hands before cracking it open to look at the pages inside. He isn't really reading it, though, so much as staring blankly until the words start to fuzz out.

"Thanks," he mumbles, looking back up. "It is possible to have a contract that I'm not really benefiting from? That doesn't give me powers or anything."
