Who: Goro Akechi, open
What: Birthday shenanigans, cooking failures, prom preparations
When: The first few weeks of June
Where: Lumiere dormitory and various places in Soleil
Warnings: Possible talk of everything involved in the Kagerou plot, possible discussion of Japan's idol culture and related grossness
[Happy Birthday, Have Some Junk] (6/1+6/2)
[Akechi has been gone for the past week, which might not be surprising to anyone who knows what he went through. What may be more surprising, however, is the truckload of packages he's returned to. During the first two days of June, he spends a remarkable amount of time ferrying boxes of mail order confections, dorm warming products, various things a 'good boy' like the Detective Prince might enjoy, suspiciously unmarked boxes, and various other objects up to his room.
Occasionally, he pauses in the common room with a cart full of boxes to sample some cupcakes or chocolates, during which time he opens some of the boxes from more recognizable mail-order companies. If he catches anyone staring at his boxes of sweets, he gestures at them with a smile.]
Want one? Even I can't eat this much before it goes bad.
[Yard Sard] (6/2-6/5)
UN: G.Akechi
Would anyone happen to know where I could sell off valuable materials found in the Outlands? They're nothing magical, but I have gold, silver, and copper coins, as well as red phosphorous, mercury, and various odds and ends that might be useful for crafts projects. If you'd like to take them off my hands, I'll be waiting in the common room of Lumiere's third floor after school for the next few days.
I also have a large number of good quality cakes and chocolate I'm willing to sell, along with some more practically useful items my fans decided to order for my birthday. They're not really very good at figuring out what will appeal to me, but it seems like a waste to simply throw them away. I'd much rather they go to someone who might appreciate them more.
[Those who come to the common room of Lumiere's third floor will find boxes of cakes, chocolates, practical dorm goods, and assorted items you might expect to find in the home of a 'mature and traditional' Japanese man. Akechi sits on a couch with a box of Euros and a notebook, idly tapping a pencil against his list of items to get rid of. A backpack rests against his leg, full of the valuable materials he mentioned.]
[Chicken Soup for the...Oops] (6/8)
[Akechi has never so much as touched the common kitchen before, and Lumiere Floor 3 is about to find out why. The pot on the stove is full of what was clearly supposed to be chicken with rice, but...it's not quite right. The smell of scorched rice and chicken drifts off from it as he tries plaintively to scrape the bottom of the pot with a spoon, while too-large chunks of vegetables float around the top. The whole thing also smells strongly of salt, with fainter hints of spices that a more experienced chef would know don't work well with chicken. Overall, it's...probably not inedible, but someone might want to advise him to take another look at the cookbook lying open on the counter and try again.]
[Shopping Spree!] (6/16+6/22+6/23)
[Prom is quickly approaching, and everyone knows what that means: shopping time! Akechi has managed to pull together a fair bit of cash, and is spending his free weekends excitedly flitting around Soleil's clothing stores, jewelry stores, and beauty salons. He even stops to browse cosmetics, both skin treatments and actual makeup, with the sort of excited enthusiasm of someone who knows he has something to look forward to at the dance. It's easy to get caught up in the energy, isn't it?]
