Sometime in the morning, Bumblebee posts a message to all doors on floor 3 indicating there will be a floor meeting in the common room at 7 pm. Bee had been asked to serve as RA, and he'd agreed. Like an idiot. Aube Floor 3 was now his responsibility.

As everyone files into the common room at 7, they'll noticed a stack of paper on the table with rules printed on them in English, French, and Japanese.

"Alright everybody, grab a set of rules. I'm not gonna hold you here too late. As you can probably figure out, the powers that be decided we've been without adult supervision for too long, and for some reason decided I'm the best option to be that supervision. I just need to go over the rules, answer any questions you might have, and then I'll let you go," He says, as he starts handing out the sheets.

"Rule 1, No illegal substances or illegal possessions in general. This should be pretty self explanatory, but just don't do anything that'll bring the cops here and I'll be happy.

Rule 2, keep rooms clean. I'm not asking for spotless. Just keep the floors mostly clear and garbage in cans and we'll be fine. You and I personally, I mean, your roommate might have other ideas.

Rule 3, Pets are allowed, just take care of them and clean up after them. I won't be doing it for you.

Rule 4, keep excessive noise to a minimum, especially at night. I'm not banning music, just try not to play it so loud people in the next room can hear you. If it's needed, I know ways to soundproof rooms with runes.

Rule 5, No curfew, but please find a way to let me know where you are if you're going to be out later than midnight? You can be out as late as you want, I don't care, but I'd at least like to know where in case somebody asks.

Rule 6, No vandalism or theft. Again, pretty self explanatory. This covers unintentional vandalism too, like accidentally destroying something in your room because you were experimenting with things you shouldn't have. There are better places for that than in the dorms.

Last but not least, Rule 7," he says with bit of humor, "no Footloose remakes. The original with Kevin Bacon is still okay though."

"That covers just about everything, I think. Any questions?"

Huh. Well rule 5 is getting broken immediately, sorry Bee. You even phrased it really nicely.

Peter is on the floor in the common room, working idly on some bit of tech while he reads through everything. Normally he'd raise his hand and ask a question about now? But his hands are busy so he'll just spit it right out instead.

"Who are you again?"

If Bee said it, Peter wasn't listening. Sorry.

With his TA-ing sessions, Héctor usually winds up sitting off to the side in case of any need for support, trying to look attentive whether or not the topic interests him, and creating more back and forth with the classroom wherever needed. A sidekick, of sorts, and a role he's surprised to be okay with.

He does the same here now, observing the students and looking to see if the new RA needs any jump-ins at all. That seven pm meeting time helps too. He bobs his head to the list of rules, letting the RA get through the lot of them--right up to when he snorts at rule seven.

But once the RA is done, He raises his hand high. Whether addressed or night, he rises. Looking to both the RA boy and the rest of their floor, he says, "¡Hola a todos! Before your questions, I wanted introduce myself. I'm Héctor, I TA the evening classes and do most the work that happens at night. A couple of you have confused me for the RA already, but as you can see, he's here." He throws a grin the RA's way. "While you can pretty much assume that rule five here is one I won't be following quite so well, I will be looking out when I can to see what students do follow this, just to see you safe. We don't want anyone getting lost in the night here. Thank you, that is all, you may carry on."

And with that, he settles himself back, letting the lot of them do just that. If with a small thumbs up thrown in for good measure. He'll be here when the questions are over.

Gwen had stuck around for the meeting, she focused more on the paper itself than whatever the guy was saying. Though, there was one part that immediately caught her attention.

"Can you come back to the part about soundproofing rooms?"
