He's honestly not entirely sure how he isn't shaking right now- but for now there is a sort of 'Mnh!' sound, as he shakes his head 'no'...followed by a somewhat uncomfortable bit of silence as he bites his tongue. This is lying, he quietly thinks to himself, feeling fairly ill. Not saying anything is lying.
