[Ammy's class is in session once again, but those who are observant might notice a... little green bug on her head? Ammy claps to get everyone's attention and dives into the lesson.]

Alright! We'll be learning the techniques collectively known as "Greensprout" today. It consists of three interconnected techniques, each governed by a member of the Hanagami trio. Since learning three Brush Techniques in one might be a bit difficult, I've brought in a guest instructor. Alright, there's your cue.

Hey there ladies and germs! You might have heard of me, you might have not, but for a limited time only Issun the Wandering Artist walks the Earth once more! As I'm the only one other than Furball here to master all thirteen Brush Techniques, I'm more than qualified to teach them to you!

I'm from Ponc'Tan, a place in the north of what's now called "Japan." Don't worry if you've never heard of it, us Poncles are really secretive about it's exact location. And don't call me mister! Even if I'm dead, it still makes me feel old! It's either Issun-sensei or the Great Issun-sama!

[When his temper flares up, the green glow around him changes to red for a moment.]

MNH- A-Auh...Yes, Issun-sensei...

[But uh, anyway. Considering he's speaking Japanese, Issun has probably guessed that this particular student is, well. From Japan. As is, he blinks. Poncle doesn't sound familiar, so there goes that...]

So then, you are here to teach three techniques in one?

Yep! Greensprout is divided into three techniques: Bloom, governed by Sakigami, Lilly-pad, governed by Hasugami, and Vine, governed by Tsutagami. Of the three, Bloom is arguably the most important. It can restore life to plants, and even restore barren lands.

Th-That powerful...?

[INTENSE...] S...something tells me that requires more than mere mastery of the technique... [It's one thing to master the art of a brush, it's another to master the art of getting the energy to cover a whole region with your brush he's figuring.]

Got it in one! That bit of miracle work needs both a strong connestion to Sakigami and the help of a powerful spirit, usually a Genus Loci. It's called a Great Divine Intervention.

[betheman]

D-Definitely not in our range of ability then...

Auh- but, we will be learning to do minor forms of such restoration then..? ...Such as...a small tree?

[He gestures- just a bitty bonsai, that's all he's wondering about!]

Oh yeah, that sort of stuff will be easy. Done right, Bloom can make the biggest trees spring to life!

He shakes the shock free.] I- I see..!

Though, it would be remiss if I, the man Gongenzaka, neglected the lessons of the others just for that; if you could, can you explain the Vine and Lily technique uses?

Sure thing! Lilly-pad is exactly what it sounds like, it makes a giant lilly-pad on any liquid surface. What really makes it special is how strong it is. It could even hold a few big guys like you easy!

Vine is pretty simple too. It makes vines under the brush wielder's control from any flower of decent size. Good for trapping enemies, and getting from place to place. Bloom and Lily-pad are both circles, Vine you guide with the path of your brush.

Hmmnnhhh...they truly are incredibly useful in their own right...
