Imelda, for one, is absolutely attentive, despite having heard the speech before. It's not so much the speech itself that has her attention caught as the sense of urgency that she hears in the message. That certainly wan't there before, and it leaves a small crease between her brows as she frowns up at the Headmistress.
Catching her attention might be hard, but not impossible. She might startle a little, but otherwise she'll lend her ear to whatever question someone might have nearby. Unless they're beign unruly... In which case, she'll very shamelessly shoot them a glare for their misbehavior.
[B: Tour Guiding]
She can't really be surprised when the school taps her to be a tour guide, so regardless of what else she has going on, Imelda finds herself leading a gaggle of students around the campus. Her tour in particular is maybe a little on the dry side, but she does seem to honestly find the campus interesting. She points out the various buildings as she goes, noting any particularly relevant history about them and which classes might be held inside.
Maybe you have some questions about the tour? Or maybe you're more curious about the grey-striped cat that happens to be following behind Imelda's every step? Either way, there's a lull in her narration for the moment, so it might be best to speak up now.
Also taped to the doors of 301, 302, and 303 are a stapled sheet of two papers; while the door to 305 only has one. The top (or only) sheet is titled Important Information.
As one can guess from the information provided, the second paper is a Roommate Agreement. It contains a number of lines for roommates to list out their stipulations for co-habitation, and then three lines at the bottom for signatures. Two lines are marked 'Resident', while the third is marked 'Resident Assistant'. Each door also has a small bag with a few pieces of watermelon and mango chili candies for each resident.
[Floor 3, feel free to tag this one amongst yourselves, or bother Imelda about her decorations/rules.]

[D: Welcome to the Jungle (For Lumière, Floor 3)]
For students arriving on floor three of the Lumière dormitory, one thing is immediately noticable. Someone has adorned each of the doors with one or two small frames, depending on the number of residents inside of the room. Each of the frames contains a single picture behind a sheet of clear plastic.
Also taped to the doors of 301, 302, and 303 are a stapled sheet of two papers; while the door to 305 only has one. The top (or only) sheet is titled Important Information.
