"I left it on the roof," she admitted. "I was going to show you the finished product, but you got attacked, and I pretty much lost track of the suit. I'll go get it later, I probably need to wash it first anyway."

And make repairs, if she could. It got stabbed pretty thoroughly with that one dagger-like leg, she might have to pick up more fabric and replace some parts entirely. There was still plenty of time before the ball, though. It would be okay.

"You can sleep some more if you're tired," she offered. "I won't leave until you wake up."
