Case 3

Who: Sherlock, open
Where: All over Campus
When: various points in January
What: test-running abilities and general

A. A Dog reflects the family

As been known, off and on, a black hound had been seen on campus since August - a few might have realized the beast was the same person as a certain Vampire named Arthur Bell - or Sherlock Holmes as the faculty now knows him as.

Curiously, the hound is now seen with a cute little bowtie around his neck, as he trots and bounds across the snow, behaving very much like an ordinary canine - even deigning himself to play if prompted, to better imitate convincing mannerisms.

B. Taking Flight

Ravens are not a rare sight, flitting from tree to eaves to windowsills, cackling, and cawing with nary a 'Nevermore' to be uttered. An observant eye may notice a Raven that seems a little too curious about the going on of things happening inside public rooms of the academy and that sometimes it stops to stretch it's wings a little too much, or excessively preening.

What a queer bird...

C. Wild Card

He's the master at picking out unusual wildlife, of course, and he's proud of it. It doesn't take long before the hawk-boy happens to land near the oddball--but not close enough to be threatening, he hopes. New arrival, new familiar, or magical accident?

[Those un-corvid eyes are a little creepy. Uncanny valley, bird version. He stands his ground, not blinking. He learned a few things about speaking to hawks not long ago... but ravens are a different story. Magical voice it is.]

< Can you answer me? >

< Yeah, I can imagine. It's worse if I try to. >

[He's really having to crane his neck upwards--it's uncomfortable being loomed over to this degree. So he flutters to the nearest perch instead.]

< I thought you only became dogs. >
