Who: Lia and the cooking club! And perhaps you?
What: A network post, and an update to the club rules
Where: The cooking club room
When: Sometime mid-February onward
Network, 2/16, UN: Galanthusnivalis
Hey everyone, just a reminder that the cooking club's always open to new members! If you like spending time cooking with other people, definitely give this club some consideration!
We also offer cooking lessons for those interested, or if another club wants food for an activity or event, we'll be happy to provide!
Thank you for your time!
Rules Update
Okay, so.
[There's a sign taped up on one of the walls that was probably not there the last time cooking club met up. Lia's standing in front of it.]
I've made a tiny little update to the rules. Anything that registers higher than 350,000 on the Scoville scale--y'know, the thing that measures how hot certain peppers are? Yeah--Anything higher than 350,000 is hereby banned from the club room. Take it outside, take it somewhere else, just... Not in here, guys. Please.
[There's a beat, where she then looks pointedly at Becky.]
And furthermore, if it's between 50,000 and 350,000 SHU? Becky's not allowed to touch it. Everyone understand?

open to anybody in the club room at the time, including visitors
[Becky's maintaining a pout, though Lia will know she's faking it and that she kind of sees the reasoning behind the decision (also: she basically knew it was coming). The things that she's able to tolerate can occasionally lead to some mildly questionable decisions on her part, when it comes to anything not involving baking.]

Some people don't like feeling like their faces are on fire!

Also, other than that, it's kind of a safety thing. Most people can't really bounce back from spice overload like you can.

Yeah, that's... Yeah. Don't want to wind up putting people in the infirmary when my job's to help them get out of it.
I could just do my other stuff. Y'know, the other usual.
