[OPEN] You only know the edge

Who: Sarona and YOU!
What: Someone has been hanging out in the labs researching a certain stone for too long and certain things could be happening but it's fine.
Where: Campus Labs, Iris Network
When: End of May/Beginning of June
Warnings: Language. Explosions.

The last mission had reminded Sarona of just how important what she was doing was. The stone might be a weapon used against magic and those with radiance, but it could also be a tool against other magic and she had to figure out how to utilize it in some way. Or find a better way to protect against its effects when magic seems to be pretty useless against it. The books she'd been researching hadn't given her much of anything. Gina had said she would check with some of her contacts with other Guilds and hunters groups to see what they might have, but being discreet about it meant not being able to reveal much about what you're looking for.

Hard to be open when you don't know who might be affiliated with the group that wants to kill you.

Most of her tests so far have been simple, small scale. She knows the stone fragments Do Not Like Runes. But she hasn't really used any other kind of magic. It's not where her skills are. So she might be seeking out people for some help. She posts a note on the Iris Network and on a few boards around campus:

Thrill-Seeking Magic Users Wanted for Research Aide!
Protections will be provided, but who doesn't like a little danger?
Will provide class tutoring and other favors in return (within reason).

Or they could just walk into the lab she's been hoarding and see what she's up to. Just make sure you walk in the right door or you might get smoke to the face--or something worse.

Hornet is always one for the direct route, so after seeing Sarona's message on the network, she's just going to go find her, wherever she's holed herself up, instead.

She's prudent enough to at least rap on the door to what she's almost certain is the right laboratory, rather than walk straight in. It's unknown territory, after all; she should be cautious.
