Let's do the Time Warp again (and eggs)

Who: Puella, various others
What: Taking people into the Time Rift for some reason or another. And the dorms get egged.
When: Late August to before the second half of the event starts

[Opening the portal was super easy now, to the point very little precautions were needed anymore. She stood before the familiar vortex while gripping the hourglass, looking quite proud of herself, then turns around.]

Ya ready? [One last call to grab anything they might be missing.] Time gets a little bit weird in there, so I dunno how long we'll be gone.

[If there was no other delays though, Puella hops in. Let's do this~]


B - Open, the Eggening

[As one enters the common room, they will find eggs. Eggs as far as one could see. Eggs in place of kitchen appliances, or in the appliances themselves. Eggs in every nook and cranny, like a sadistic Easter hunt, but also scattered across the floor. All still in tact, although, some of them might've been broken if somebody was careless. It is a little hard to walk around without cracking one. Do you dare make it across or try to clear a path? Where did all these eggs come from anyway?]

[...Puella was not exactly sure if she had done that right, but at least she didn't have to work quite as hard as the last prank. No sneaking in teacher offices and risk getting caught. And she only had to do it once. Pretending as though nothing had happened was so much easier. Only someone really skilled could have possibly seen her do it.]

I believe so.

[Kokoro adjusts her loaded backpack and nods, then follows after Puella when she jumps into the rift.]

It certainly does look like I'd expect of something not of this world...

[That was good! ...Although somewhat amusing that she bothered to bring that much. They weren't going to be gone for that long, she didn't think.]

--It's pretty cool right? I love coming here.

[Especially with how she wasn't allowed to go to the Outlands on her own. This was the closest, next best thing. And somehow better]

[Kokoro nods, walking carefully along a white platform.]

Where to? You are the one who's been here more than once, after all.

[hattersgonnahat]

Right. [She moves forward. Despite appearing as though underwater, her movements are quite...fluid.]

I know where they hang out sometimes, it shouldn't be too hard to find them.

[stavros]

[Kokoro follows, occasionally jumping larger chasms, even if she might flail a bit on the landing.]

It must be good training as well, moving within a constructed space.

[hattersgonnahat]

[Jumps might be a little bit easier than usual. With the water, one sorta just floats a bit.]

It's possible to change it to anything! That's what the illusions do...

[Fidgets and looks down at the hourglass again.] But ah...it's not as easy it sounds to control it. Even I can't quite do it yet...

[stavros]

Even still, you seem to have a good grasp on it. Well done. About how much further do you expect we should go?

[hattersgonnahat]

[It depends on how quickly they notice someone was here. Usually they're pretty good about it, but Puella was looking around anyway, and then points.] If we get close to those clocktowers, we should find them.

[One of the last few, permanent remnants of 'home'.]

[stavros]

Let us proceed!

[She runs forward, apparently pretty good at the platform-jumping, even if she might stumble or slip at times.]

Hello?

[hattersgonnahat]

[As Kokoro moves further ahead, she may eventually feel a bit of a presence, tugging on the mist nearby. Soon a woman appears seemingly out of no where, or perhaps she had been there all along and not obvious until now. Either way, she blinks down at her.]

...Another guest?

[She was already aware that Puella was here, so there was less worry about that. More importantly, this must mean Puella had human friends after all.]

[stavros]

[Kokoro gives a small, polite bow.]

Well met. I am Kokoro Belmont, of the Belmont clan. I believe Puella wished for me to meet with you.

[hattersgonnahat]

[A...Belmont, here? Now that hasn't been a name heard in quite some time. To think, Puella was acquainted with such a--]

--She's a Hunter too so I thought all of you would get along!

I-I see. [She straightens out and clears throat. Gawking was...impolite, especially in the presence of such a prestigious family.]

[And offers a formal bow back.]

It is an honor to have you here, Miss Belmont.

[stavros]

[While it's not entirely new for Kokoro to be noticed for her family, the positive attention still makes her smile awkwardly.]

As well to you; Puella's spoken well of her family. You must have done a great deal of work in service to the world.

[hattersgonnahat]

[The woman once again seemed surprised, but at the word 'family'. Casting a glance over to Puella who just seemed to be snickering now. Of course she would be amused by all this. It was so rare for either of the guardians thrown off their game this much, this frequently whenever Puella was around. To have some of that humanity restored. Regrettably, this was a sort of feeling they miss too, but never mentioned.]

I-indeed. They have accomplished so much.

[She was no longer leaning forward, but still kept a proper gesture.]

...But I am afraid you are mistaken, we are not related by blood.

But you are basically adopted now. [....It was not really an executive decision, but she was going to make it one anyway.]

[stavros]

[She does laugh a little at that, but only slightly; the formality is pushing her to try and be on her best behaviour.]

That does seem to settle it. Though I do mean it; the things you've managed to create and sustain are amazing even today. This realm itself is yours, is it not?

[hattersgonnahat]

[The woman does appear to be a bit flustered by this point by Puella's comment. On the bright side, it has lighten her up from the formalities, for now.]

It has been guarded by us for all this time, but I believe we were the first ones to discover it...

[And hopefully, it will remain out of the wrong hands.]

And it truly is a testament for it to remain for as long as it has.

Y-yeah. [Puella suddenly felt a little more uneasy knowing that she came here just to ask about that whole nightmare thing.]

[stavros]

I'm glad to hear that. ...Puella? What's wrong? I thought you wished to ask after something.

[hattersgonnahat]

I did, but... [It wasn't going to be a very easy thing to talk about.]

...What is it?

...I think I might've saw part of another memory, and it wasn't a very good one.

[stavros]

[Kokoro bites her lip.] Do you mean what happened in the dream? That monster in front of the shop?

[hattersgonnahat]

[A hesitant nod.] That one.

[And from there, the woman frowns.] ...What happened. What did you see?

I think I might've figured out where some members last were, but a daemon attacked me! And knew that I had a Time Piece...

I think...I think it attacked that place before. Or whoever used to go there.

[stavros]

It's a likely hypothesis. Have you been known to have prophetic dreams, then?

[hattersgonnahat]

[A small pause, while looking down.] Only for this kind of stuff...

Because you opened the Time Piece.

[She slowly looks up again, with a nod. Which does remind her, Kokoro probably wouldn't know anything about that--]

Ah... If a Time Piece stays with someone long enough, the mist will sometimes start to copy some of their memories too. I saw them when I was fixing it.

[...And a subtle realization that it probably carried some of her own memories now. She wondered what it must look like inside.]

That's how I knew where to find here, I got it from the last owner.

So that's where the incident came from last year, too, then. And if the Time Piece is telling you these things, that may be the best lead we've got as to what happened back then and what remains today. Do you think?
