Mal didn't spend all her time causing chaos and crime. Sometimes she just wanted to practice. Something nice. It was times like this you could forget she was a half-fae daughter of a monster.

Mal had a canvas out and she was painting, with a brush.

The snow had melted away in a perfect circle around Mal. Just the snow, the grass under was untouched.

Mal's room doesn't have a second resident at the moment, so it makes sense that the entire room is... wrong. Anyone can sense magic can sense that she's coated the entire room in transformation spells, to twist the bed up into something gothic and dark. Change the drapes, the bedding. Stretch the dresser, blacken the walls.

Yeah, nobody would look for a fairy godmother in here. Whoever has come in, because the door was open, "Got a picture of what you want me to make?"
