Roll to seduce
Who: Miles Morales, The lovesick ghost inhabiting a copy of Miles Morales' body, and whoever they come across
What: A ghost makes Miles' life more complicated
When: Right after the "What does THIS button do" log
Warning: Bad flirting
A certain encounter with a magical circlet had created a duplicate of Miles that was possessed by a ghost who had died in a duel caused by a torrid love affair. In death, they only wanted to continue as they had in life.
SO that's why Miles has made a bad attempt and combing his hair back and straightening his clothes out (the real Miles has perpetually slightly scruffy no matter how hard he tried.) and was on the prowl. As if that wasn't bad enough, this copy also had a better grip on Miles' powers than Miles himself did, so they were damn near impossible to catch.
Anyways the long and short of it is that no matter who you are you are in danger of being approached by someone who looks just like Miles but with a smug look on their face and a flawless command of Parisian French. It's entirely possible they're addressing you while balancing effortlessly on top of something they're probably not supposed to be climbing on. A tree, a fountain, a wall, a statue, what have you.
Beware. He's here to flirt.

[She skids around the corner, nearly going down in a sprawl of limbs and heavy khaki skirts as she steps on a hidden patch of ice, but she keeps her footing and remains upright. Whew!]
[But that's weird...the spiritual signature indicates that it should be around here, yet she's the only one around. Is he invisible?]
[...Is he flying? She snaps her head up to search the sky just in case. Someone on this campus probably has the ability to fly, she'll meet them eventually!]

When she fell, Miles hopped off the building, fell, and landed on his feet with a flourish, then offered her a hand up.]
I pray you are unhurt, Madamoiselle?

[The other one couldn't, but he'd managed to whistle. This is a stroke of amazing luck, who would know better about the ghost's existence than the ghost himself? She's glad for the hand up and takes it, albeit with a slightly embarrassed blush. Hopefully she's not too heavy for him.]
Yes, I'm okay. Thank you!
[She dusts her skirt off with her hand, trying to calm her thoughts.]
I was hoping I could talk to you, and find out where you came from, and why there are more than one of your kind. How long were you stuck in that box?

[The ghost blinked. It's existence was...fuzzy. When it couldn't stick to a script it started getting confused, and being addressed as a ghost was definitely not on the script.]
...was stuck for a very long time, without anyone to share my li...my time with.
[Yes, nice recovery!]
But now that you are here, it all seems like a bad dream I have woken up from!

[She rubs the back of her head with a sigh. Poor ghost. And yet, he seems so optimistic, and she respects that. Her shoulders shake with her giggle.]
I'm glad I can help! Just let me know what I need to do. Are you trying to pass on? Is there something you weren't able to do in your previous life?
