Everybody's Working for the Weekend!
WHO: #1: Peter Parker [Closed]; #2 Tokidoki Rikudoh and Noboru Gongenzaka [Closed]; #3: [OPEN!]
WHAT: Weekend antics! Whether it's getting to hear Peter's crimefighting stories, fighting deep-set mental trauma, or running around Soleil shopping for sewing materials and spending time with friends, Orihime is guaranteed to never be bored.
WHEN: January 19th-20th, 2019
WHERE: #1: On Campus, Peter's Dorm Room; #2 & #3: Soleil
[Log #1: Peter Parker and Orihime Inoue]
[When Orihime arrives at Peter's dorm, she has a backpack slung over her shoulder, sagging heavily with the sheer weight of all the soda she brought. She couldn't decide on what to get from the vending machine, so she just pumped in her coins and got one of everything. Why not? She can splurge for this.]
[As she waits, it hits her that maybe...maybe...she really shouldn't be hanging out in a boy's room. It's not very proper, and she wouldn't want people to start getting the wrong idea. But no one seems to be around to take note (yet), so...maybe it's fine. She's heard that boys and girls sometimes room together, so maybe that kind of thing just isn't a big deal in France.]
[It's fine.]
[Besides, she's excited to hear about his stories. A real superhero...! And he's so young, too! This is going to be amazing and spectacular.]
--------------------
[Log #2: Noboru Gongenzaka, Tokidoki Rikugou, Orihime Inoue]
[After meeting with White Chain, Orihime's definitely glad for a chance to catch her breath and be around friendly faces. Tokidoki is always positive and cheerful, and she's looking forward to spending more time with him. While she's never met Gongenzaka, he seemed pretty polite when she spoke with him over the network.]
[She waits for them just outside the school gates, gloved hands behind her back, nuzzling her nose into her scarf and exhaling to warm her face with her breath. She's got a list of measurements and notes in her pocket so she can get all the things she needs for her massive sewing project. If she can earn enough, maybe she can invest in that runic armor equipment that Gunvolt told her about.]
[Hearing footsteps crunch in the snow, she perks up and turns to greet the first person to arrive.]
Good morning! Are you ready to go?
--------------------
[Log #3: [OPEN!]]
[There are plenty of people who seemed interested in going to the sewing supply store in town to choose the materials for their formal clothes, so Orihime is more than happy to walk them around and point out good bargains, as well as mentioning the pros and cons of good quality cloth versus something cheaper but easier to clean.]
[But she could be spotted anywhere in town, especially near the bakery where she stares in awe at the display case through the window. Someday, she'll have a fancy cake store of her own. Or at least a part-time job at a place like this! ...Maybe... Now that she knows about the impending doom of Nightfall, a cake shop isn't as important to her future as it used to be. She should be sad about that, but...she's not. It feels good to do something important for a change, and to get strong enough to protect the people she cares about.]

I guess the best way to know would be to ask her, once she's had some time to calm down and adjust to this place.
[Peter said she had a monster with her. A contract maybe? Or perhaps it's like Yuya's situation, he'd said he hadn't known what he'd get when he summoned Odd-Eyes as a familiar, and that it could be dangerous.]
Maybe I can help with that part. Which dorm is she in?
no subject
You want to talk to her about it? I don't know if that's a good idea.
no subject
[She almost sloshes her soda on the floor in her haste to correct the misunderstanding.]
I just thought she might like having someone show her around so she doesn't feel too isolated or out of place. If she decides to talk to me about that on her own, then...maybe it'll help you both. She might feel really guilty about attacking you.
no subject
Yeah okay, that would be great actually. Just please don't tell her I say anything? Or if you do, just. I swear I'm not telling anyone else. But I trust you.
no subject
[She'd better start working on her dramatic action poses.]
[There's a brief pause as she reconsiders his words.][That's...wow. She's genuinely touched! Orihime smiles, her cheeks pink.]
Thanks. I trust you too.
no subject
Good. Then that'd be good, yeah.
[ A pause. ]
And - I mean, I think I can heal these marks okay, but I've had some other stuff that maybe you could help? Tatsumaki said you could handle migraines.
no subject
[She considers that, then nods.]
Yes, I've helped with those sometimes. I wasn't sure it would work since it's not really an injury, but that doesn't seem to be a limitation. Does your head hurt right now?
no subject
It's not bad? But I've had this headache since the zombie mission, and I can't really take regular medicine for it. My metabolism is all weird now.
no subject
[Maybe the runes triggered an effect on his unusual biology. Who can say?]
It might be radiation from all of those weapons and runes, and it affected you stronger than the others. Go ahead and lie down, I'll see what I can do.
[She scoots herself back, clearing full and empty soda cans from the floor so he can make himself comfortable.]
no subject
Radiation, huh? There was a whole bunch of stuff flying around out there.
[ He's still feeling a bit headachey due to the anti-undead stuff, specifically. ]
no subject
[If this were a recurring thing she'd be more worried, but she isn't. Instead she looks up as he steps past the cushions and-- Oh, okay, that's definitely a better option than the ground. Orihime stands up and approaches the bed, perching partially on the edge as she turns herself toward him.]
Shun'ou! Ayame!
[While she doesn't have to call their names, it definitely helps power up her abilities to have a focus so far as she knows.]
[Most people wouldn't be able to see them, but due to Peter's unique circumstances with a fey contract of his own, he can definitely see the twin pairs of petals coming to life with a bright glow, falling from Orihime's six-point hairpins. Breaking free they take the shape of two tiny fairies with strangely shaped wings. They zip through the air, coming together just above him, before spreading out to draw an oval shield of soft gold light between them. It covers him from head to toe, hovering about six inches above his body, as Orihime holds out her palms and concentrates.]
[She can feel the wrongness that swims inside of him, especially with her spiritual senses on high alert. It wasn't there before. He seems like he wants to keep the scratches on his face so she just has to concentrate on the toxic miasma she can detect and erase it.]
[There's no visual cues as to its eradication, as it was never visible to begin with. But he'll definitely feel the effects being reversed as the pain and discomfort recede, slowly, gradually.]
Do you feel anything?
no subject
In other words, this is the best he's felt since coming here. He sort of sits up after, awed? And already greatly relieved, his face flushed and pink instead a bit clammy and uncomfortable. Yeah, he was definitely aching badly there. ]
I - yeah. That's amazing? Holy shit.
[ He can't help but grin a little, giddy. ]
Your fairy friends are awesome and so are you.
no subject
[He liked it so much that he even cussed! She's flattered. She rubs the back of her neck as the two fairies return to her hairpins, making them whole once more.]
Thanks for letting me practice, too. Injuries don't come up very often, and people usually go to the teachers to fix them, so I don't get much experience. This will help me be ready if there's an emergency, especially at the ball.
no subject
[ But now he feels awesome. He gets up from the bed, stretching his limbs a bit. Oh yeah, he's definitely revitalized. ]
For sure. I'll come to you whenever my spider-senses are giving me headaches and stuff.
no subject
That'd be great! I'll be ready!
[She looks out the window, then back at him with an unmistakable twinkle in her dark eyes.]
Want to swing out the window and go train in the woods?
no subject
Hell yeah I am. Here, catch.
[ He tosses her a webshooter! ]
That's just the one I fixed. Yours is almost done though.
no subject
It is?! I can't wait! I'm definitely going to wear it to the daemon attack party!
[Maybe she can hide it under a corsage. None of the stealth is for the sake of the faculty of course, she's stuck entertaining the hilarious notion of all the monsters' jaws dropping when the students unveil a veritable arsenal and turn the tables.]
[She pushes open the window before stepping backwards, getting some distance, and shoots the web. A tug to make sure it's secure, then she bolts and leaps right out the window!]
[No fear.]
