[ Even as an undead, he can feel the chill radiating from the epicenter of this mess, where their target must be. He has a fairly good idea of how cold it must be getting for people who can actually feel the temperature drop. ]

They're all closed off, so they won't interact with any other runes that you have. Feel free to layer as much as you feel is necessary - you don't want to get frostbitten in the middle of a fight and risk something dropping off.
