I'm sorry about the delay, but there was some stuff I had to take care of. Welcome back, today we'll be learning the Blizzard technique, domain of the Ox Itegami. It holds some similarity to Waterspout, in that you simply guide the ice where you want it. However, it does have a second part that we will be practicing on an individual basis.
