Flyin' High

[The flight to America leaves late - a necessity, given that it's the last day of finals and some students may still have had tests to take. But it's going to be a long one anyway, so sleeping through as much as possible is probably a good idea.

Fortunately, the group has first-class seats. Michael's always willing to spend Daybreak's money, and he's never bothered with human air travel before. He wants the best out of this experience!

This is probably a good thing, because the flight is so, so long. Hopefully you can get some rest.]

Out and About

[We've got a few days to kill in the city!

Michael doesn't want any students going out entirely alone, but he's only one professor and there's a lot of them, so he doesn't mind if people break off to do their own things so long as they're at least partnered up. There's plenty to do in New York, after all! There's no way for one person to see it all during this trip!

Of course, the hotel is also pretty nice, for when you get tired of walking. There's several suites for the students to divide among themselves, while Michael has his own room nearby. It's attached to one of the student rooms by a door which he has very clearly locked and may or may not ever answer. He probably shouldn't be a chaperone.]

Daemons for Ham

[It's time to go see Hamilton! Where did Michael get tickets? Don't worry about it.

He snaps his fingers before the group leaves the hotel, and suddenly you all look like child versions of yourself. Or, at least, what Michael imagines you looked like as children; he only knew a few of you at that time, so he's just making stuff up.]

Now, if anyone speaks to you, you're all orphans from, oh, eight to twelve, and you're dying. Don't take off the illusions, no running - can anyone cry on command? This is important Drama Club stuff.

Yeah, like--[Yuya lowers his phone so he can wink and stick tongue out at Nana, hand on his hip. Saucy.]

[Nana can do sexy and saucy if she's playing a role -- she put the moves on Mina Harker when she was playing Dracula, thank you very much! -- but she doesn't quite have the gumption to summon it.

She puts a hand on her hip, tilts her head, and makes a very good wide-eyed stare face at Yuya.

Not saucy.]

[Yuya tilts his head with hers and mimics her expression, probably looking like a deer in headlights or a glassy-eyed doll.] Is this really our best actor in the club? You can do better than that, Nana!

... Maybe you should think of teasing Kano~

[That...

That just makes her turn red and her cheeks flush. She hooks one ankle around her foot, and flusters at him:] Y-Yuya!! That isn't fair!

Eh, I'm trying to help! [He waves his hand.] As an actress, you have to be ready to step into any roll that's asked of you, right? Sometimes it helps me to think of a situation I want to be that person in.

W-Well, I probably would have fun teasing him...

[If she could work up the nerves to do that. And if he'd actually enjoy it. Nana hoops a hand around her neck. It's a pose all right, but an unintended, smiling down happily with one leg behind the other pose.]

[Yuya thinks he would, based on how Kano and him tease each other. He will admit they get a lot more crass than with Nana, though... he probably wouldn't be ranking the fuckability of daemons and bees with her, on a scale.

It's not quite there, but Yuya raises his camera and takes pictures anyway in rapid succession.] Nana's so cute.

[Nana knows people do that. Nana doesn't have it in her to do that. She operates on a different level there. She's embarrassed, at times, to admit that she thinks Kano is pretty attractive.

She flusters a little more, at the comment, and she shakes her head.]

Aah, aaah, I'm not that cute.

Su~per cute. [That's a fact. Yuya skips to her side and then swings to her side, looping his arm together as he flips the camera to capture their faces and grins wide.

And then he takes the shot before Nana can prepare.]

[Nana is in fact flustered and he's quick. She's laughing at it, caught mid-laugh in the selfie, and half-turned to look at him.

Then she gives him a look and elbows him, gently.]

Not fair, Yuya. But thanks.

[hippocarnival]

[Yuya giggles, staggering a few steps away before gre starts texting Nana all the pictures he took of her, with the selfie at the ends.] What else is in the station?

[playitagain]

[Nana's already saving all of them forever. She's beaming down at the selfie, and takes a second to undistract herself and respond:] There's coffee shops, some restaurants, and a lot of stores! We should go have a look.

[Good thing considering in like two days Yuya's phone is gonna get destroyed. But at least Nana's were saved.]

Let's go look at the stores. [Yuya stretches his arm up high.] I want to shop in the Big Apple! That's what they call this, right?

Nana beams, stepping forward and ready to lead the way! (She looked at maps of this place before she came here.)]

Yes! It's the nickname for the city. Let's go shopping, Yuya!
