A. How does your garden grow? -- Soleil, campus

[Now that he's gotten moved in, Christo's come to the realization that he's going to be here for awhile and that he's probably going to have more downtime than he expected.

Of course, that means picking up his hobbies from home.

Whether it's on campus or in town, you may catch Christo dragging along a small wagon filled with precariously stacked garden pots and starter flowers, a few seed packets tucked here and there.]

I wonder if I'm forgetting anything...


B. A very important phone call. -- an out of the way part of campus

[The moment his phone rang, Christo had ducked away to one of the less traveled parts of campus. Anyone who stumbles upon him now will catch him in hushed, serious conversation, eyes darting around as if he's afraid he might be caught.

At least until...]

[His expression shifts, clearly annoyed.]

Yes. I made sure to pack a toothbrush.

With all due respect, I don't see how the amount of underwear I packed is any of your business.

Sir, I know how to do laundry.

[It's about now that Christo notices that he's not alone, and though he seems almost panicked at first, it changes to an incredible amount of relief almost immediately.]

Ah, yes, yes, I would be happy to hear my horoscope for the week, but it seems like someone is trying to get my attention at the moment. Please excuse me.

[He hangs up before the person on the other line can respond and puts the phone away with a sigh.]

Good afternoon--or evening, if you're reading this then. My name is Christo, and I am the new RA for Aube Dormitory's first floor. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you should need any help, academic or otherwise.

I ask only that you try to go easy on me for at least a week. I've heard that dorm life can get somewhat... exciting here.

D. Now that that's Settled -- Aube

[he's moved in, watered his flowers, and introduced himself on the network. Now all that's left to do is relax.

Christo has set himself up in the common area on the first floor, a cup of steaming hot tea close at hand and a chess board set up in front of him, playing against himself.]

[ Kano stops as well, sticking the seed packets into his pocket instead of setting them back where he found them, so he can circle the wagon and see what else Christo's got with him. ]

As for the roofs... I can't see why it wouldn't be allowed! It'd allow for some more traction, I think~ Where was your home before? Did you live in the woods? Do you know lots about the woods??

Not in the woods, no, but there are quite a few flowers there. They're hardy things, and I've always admired them.

I'll pass on the bees, but I'm curious as to why you're selling them.

Mm, they're not for sale! Loans only~ But they're a vital part of any field or garden, aren't they? Bees are super important!! And mine are super convenient, right here on campus~

I should hope so. From what I understand, a lack of bees can cause immeasurable damage to the ecosystem.

[ Aah, somebody who understands!!! Kano breaks out into a wide grin, stepping back and pulling a couple of packets out of his pocket— not the stolen seeds, but tea bags. Cheap green teas, Earl greys, honey ginger, a red hibiscus-passionfruit something-or-other. ]

Another tea drinker!!! Which one do you want? I'll let you have one!!

[He prefers loose-leaf (and isn't entirely convinced that these tea bags were acquired without the use of theft after what he's seen), but if this is an olive branch, he'd be a fool to turn it down.]

Yellow tea, a good choice! After class... it's really hard to wind down, isn't it? Tea and a garden, mmhmm, sounds like a good plan you've got going~

You're welcome to visit it whenever you like. I've always enjoyed gardening, so setting up something like this is really no trouble at all.

[Though now he wonders if he should see about getting a garden chair or two. His plans only extended to growing the plants before.]

[ HE SHOULD GET A GARDEN CHAIR WITH ROLLING WHEELS then they can roll across the planters and water everything at once, zooming across the rooftops... off the rooftops... maybe don't put the garden on the roof ]
