[Toki doesn't know what happened, but there's a weird guy in a red costume, and a talking bear. He doesn't recognize Gongenzaka's voice, because he doesn't pick on those things.]

Am I dead?

[Because that would make this make sense.]

[Yuya's awake, realizing he has the room to h himself and ogling Toki's jellyfish when the screaming starts. Honestly this dorm is a mess so that's not to strange, but he still looks up... to see bodies go falling, Toki's swung by something but they're both recognizable.

Yuya throws the window open with the force to slam it against the top and leans out of it.] TOKI?!

[And Kokkuri-san. Who, thankfully, won't be dying today as Odd-Eyes, steadying himself as the falling started, leaps with his hind legs to meet Kano in the air. His jaw catches Kano's shirt, allowing him to roll more securely in the dragon's arms.

And then they land with a hard thud, projecting snow everywhere.]

Neither of you are dead, but we'll all be if anyone investigates all the yelling going on.

*Maya's keeping her voice down enough that it shouldn't be any worse than everyone else and the goddamn dragon that was involved. Why are boys so loud? Why are they all boys she knows!?*

Zaka, get everyone inside, I'll make sure the coast is clear.

*Maya puts a hoodie on cause her tank top was for sleeping, it's not meant for the window being open in January and these are all boys. And she makes sure there's no RA's wandering around.*

[ WELL SHIT he didn't even see Kano falling earlier, so he is very, very glad that a dragon is catching him, even if it's not super graceful. God. He would have been beside himself if he'd let one of his new buddies die in the first week. He trots over to where everyone's kind of piled up here, and also there's a bear? That. That is a bear. What the hell. And Maya is just outing his secret identity in front of everyone, that's rude! Quick, he needs a cover story. Something really good. ]

Uh - I don't know who Peter is. I'm Spider-Man.

[ Nailed it. But there are more important things to do now. Like - okay, if people aren't dead, that's good, but he doesn't like the angles some people's arms might be at? ]

Is everybody okay? Do I need to go get a doctor or something?

[ He can go swing across campus and find someone probably. ]

[ What hurts more than his arm would be the fact that his jacket gets caught by something LARGE and SHARP and holy hell that's a dragon and he feels the blood drain from his face, already pale with pain but the shock is like a splash of cold water to the face. Nothing else matters. There's a dragon, and he's screaming, and he's still alive so that means he can keep on screaming, not hearing anything anybody is saying bc wtf wtf wtf he's not dead but he's going to die, there's a dragon— and a BEAR- and his arm is very obviously broken and hanging at a weird angle, to answer Peter's question, but that's not important. ]

Mngh....that is... Phfw! A good idea, [Gongenzaka wheezes, slowly pulling himself up and adjusting himself to better hold Toki. There's still snow in his mouth. And also all over him. He's quite dusted, thanks Odd-Eyes.

He gives his head a shake, snapping his head toward the one screaming.] MNH-! Perhaps for him, yes! Our 'R.A.', for this floor, should be able to assist! [he starts, almost preparing to run for Kano only to remember he's still holding someone else.] Auh... I, at least, am fine...but... [The bear's ears twist back, anxiety creeping in. Remain calm, and remain focused, and-] Auh...'Spider-Man', yes? [he manages, nodding.] If you could help Kano...I myself, shall help Toki..!

[Who, speaking of which-] ...Mnh...if you are alright with it, I shall carry you in...Auhh...

[Almost blindly, his brain finally latches onto something that can be processed as helpful and calming, the bear looking from Peter to Maya.] ...Perhaps, we can speak about what happened, over...tea? [He then offers, already preparing to amble everyone toward the doors to get in.] ...To warm up, once everyone is inside?

...I can prepare it...

Uhh.

[The bear's speech has become more recognizable, because he's using the same weird 'Mnh' noises as... Gongenzaka. He's dead, and in hell, he decides. And he deserves it, for killing Kano... and now the bear is offering tea.]

What the hell is going on!?

[Odd-Eyes lets out a low, gutteral growl of displeasure as Kano screams. He doesn't like that at all, but he's a good boy, so he will not throw or roar at the screaming child.

Yuya stares bug eyed before just crawling out the window, swinging slightly against it before dropping from the second floor. He catches himself on Odd-Eyes on the way down, wrapping his arms around the dragon's neck as he lands on his back.] Hey, hey, it's okay! You're not falling anymore--Odd-Eyes, set him down.

[Odd-Eyes responds by releasing Kano's shirt from his jaw and dropping his arms to leave him in the snow.] Not like--oh.

[ Yeah jeez, don't drop already injured people into the snow like that. Rude AF. Peter trudges over to Kano through the snow, stooping to (gently) pick Kano up with those super strong spider arms of his. To him, Kano's weight ain't nothing. And he'll be real careful not to use too much strength either. Gently maneuvering so that he keeps the pressure on Kano's torso and not his poor broken arm(s). ]

Yeah, I've got him. Thanks, Mr. ... Bear.

[ Mr. literal talking bear, why not. He heads in through the open door, past Maya, and towards the common area. Looking for a couch he can deposit poor Kano on top of. ]

Auh...that is not... [Oh, well, Peter is already on his way inside so off he goes following while shaking his head. He'll correct him later. For now he instead just looks to Toki while he heads on for the doors.] That is what we would wish to know, [he insists in English, opting not to alienate both 'Spider-man' and his roommate with another language.] For now, you are getting out from the cold.

[He sounds somewhat grumpy. As it is, once they ARE inside the common room, Toki is getting deposited immediately onto the couch.]

[ Kano's stills screaming, the entire time he's being carried and deposited on the couch. Two things would be nice here:

1) some snow from outside to pack around his arm

2) a pillow over his face to make him shut up ]

[The bear leaves him on the couch, and he's still rather confused. But Kokkuri-san looks pretty bad, and maybe now that she has a breakable human body, she'll be more inclined to give Kano his soul back. Maybe.]

Hey~! Kokkuri-san! If you return the boy's soul, you will no longer experience the pain of humanity and once again be free to walk between the realms~!

*So, for a brief moment, Kano isn't screaming.*

*Because for a brief moment there is no sound in the room.*

*Maya's kinda stumbled back into a wall and slumped down staring at basically nothing as her mind takes her places she never wanted to revisit, all from her past.*

[The sudden loss of sound is immediately apparent- not the least because it means Kano's screaming bloody murder is suddenly cut short. But so is everything- and Gongenzaka has sensitive ears.] M- Maya..!

[He exclaims, coming over hurriedly to start, but then lowering himself down to all fours instead before he adds to the panic by giving Maya the sight of a charging bear. Once close enough however, he places a paw carefully on her shoulder to try and get her attention.] Maya? Maya, please, speak to me...whatever it is that has happened, [he continues- though who knows if sound is coming out as he speaks,] ...I am here, as are many others..!

[Yuya follows right behind them all, giving Odd-Eyes a stern order to stay outside. when he slides off him. He takes the briefest moment in the chaos to assess everyone here--Toki, Kano, Gongenzaka, some guy in a spider suit, and a blond-haired girl he doesn't recognize. Toki seems... okay, at least, which is a relief.

He'll... ask later about what the hell happened (Kokkuri-san?!), because Kano still hasn't stopped screaming. He might be going into a panic attack?

While he's on the couch, Yuya leans over to be clear in his vision as he moves to very gently put his hand to Kano's shoulder.] Kano-san--please. It's okay now, you're going to be okay. Breathe.

*Maya's not really seeing things right now. Not, the room, her mind is taking her back to a roof she was once on. A boy who once broke his arm. And now here she was, in another country and people around her are still barely surviving and she barely met them. She's just- this is what she does, she gets near people and they get hurt.*

*So she doesn't see a charging bear. She hears the calming Sound of her roommate, it's a little more agitated because, well, bear. His werepowers are louder than his human state. But he's still far more soothing a noise than anyone else in the room. 'Spider-Peter' gets close.*

*She looks up but she's still rather vacant and- broken, and she doesn't speak. But at least her power is back to just being around her and not the entire room.*

[ Oh, man. They could really use some help? Like some actual help, not superhero help. Once Kano's situated on the couch, Peter is just gonna. Uh. Back off here? Time to go find an actual responsible adult to help out. Ekkehardt if he can find him, or ... Imelda ...

The sacrifices he has to make. He hurries out of the room to find a place to change super fast, then dashes off down the hallway to get help. ]

[She looks- and that's enough. Enough for relief to come back to him at least, and perhaps a little more calm himself. So, he moves closer to try and get an arm around her or something of the sort. Not quite a hug, but more a 'half hug', which should successfully keep blocking out the view of the chaos in the rest of the common room.] Saah, sahh...yes, look to me, [he encourages, working with what he's got.] Auh... I, suppose, it is okay not to speak then...but pay attention to me, for now...yes?

...

I... Offered to get tea earlier... [He isn't sure if Maya heard that bit, so.] ...Perhaps, we can make it together? I have...the tea, and a kettle, in our dorm room... [Distractions help, right?]

[ He can't breathe because he's too busy screaming— there's a rare moment that he stops (thanks, Maya, but also sorry, Maya;;;)- and he almost stays quiet altogether, but then Yuya touches him and he jerks his shoulder back and that's a STUPID IDEA with a broken arm and just makes him grit his teeth in pain.

what the everlasting fuck even happened

"breathe" is his internal mantra, "you're okay" is what he tells himself. His illusion hasn't been up for a while now, but it snaps up all at once, the smile on his face, his arm straight and unbroken, voice unstrained as if nothing is wrong. Maya would be able to hear his internal silence start to hum with magic again. ]

Ah- yeah! I'm alright, I'm alright~ There's nothing wrong!

[ Peter is hurrying back in normal clothes, hopefully with help in tow? And - oh god what is that. He tries to open his mouth to say something but nothing comes out.

He spots Maya slumped in the corner, though, and hurries over to her. Shaking her shoulders gently, his mouth moving. ]

*It takes her a few tries to speak. Not her powers interfering with the sound just getting her mouth to move. She doesn't want to say anything, she shouldn't be anyone's focus while two boys fell off a roof. She's not important.*

*She doesn't deserve the attention.*

I shouldn't be near people-

They just get hurt.

*'And it is always my fault.'*

*Her power stops blanketing the room in silence after just a few moments. It was enough time to get attention but her power doesn't last, not when she's silently screaming like she was. She flinches away from contact. She's aware, but she still looks- off. There isn't as much fight in her as she should have.*

Yuya blinks rapidly at the sudden silence, looking around, and by the time he turns back Kano's illusion is back up. It's almost enough to make Yuya think maybe he wasn't seeing things right, but... no, that was definitely a broken arm. Was it fixed that quickly?]

... Mm. Yeah, you're going to be all right. [Yuya assures again with a softness in his tone that he rarely finds himself using. But normally he's not faced with arms being shattered and primal screams of fear.]

But I think you hurt your arm. Can you try moving them for me?

[yokeye]

[Kokkuri-san stops screaming and is suddenly perfectly fine, like nothing had even happened to Kano's body.]

I WILL FIND YOU A DOLL! I PROMISE~!

[He will, even if it's horrifying to think about, because it might save Kano.]

[suddenlybees]

[ Uh-

No he cannot move, because the moment he moves his broken arm, the spike of pain will break him down all over again, and he's just barely clinging on to his illusions right now with the constant baseline of agony.

But he pretends, like he always pretends, letting Yuya see what he wants: both arms in the air, waving in his face. Nothing's wrong, see? So long as Yuya doesn't touch him, he's very good at pretending. ]

See? I'm okay! Toki, please shut up for a second--

Ohhhh....

[That... ...That is a very familiar line of thought.

Gongenzaka dispels with the attempts at distance, instead pulling Maya near into a gentle bear-hug.] ...No, Maya. No...What is occuring now...This is not your doing, [He insists gently, lightly rubbing his head over the top of hers.] ...If anything...Your actions, have helped, right now...
