[Toki doesn't know what happened, but there's a weird guy in a red costume, and a talking bear. He doesn't recognize Gongenzaka's voice, because he doesn't pick on those things.]

Am I dead?

[Because that would make this make sense.]

[Yuya's awake, realizing he has the room to h himself and ogling Toki's jellyfish when the screaming starts. Honestly this dorm is a mess so that's not to strange, but he still looks up... to see bodies go falling, Toki's swung by something but they're both recognizable.

Yuya throws the window open with the force to slam it against the top and leans out of it.] TOKI?!

[And Kokkuri-san. Who, thankfully, won't be dying today as Odd-Eyes, steadying himself as the falling started, leaps with his hind legs to meet Kano in the air. His jaw catches Kano's shirt, allowing him to roll more securely in the dragon's arms.

And then they land with a hard thud, projecting snow everywhere.]

Neither of you are dead, but we'll all be if anyone investigates all the yelling going on.

*Maya's keeping her voice down enough that it shouldn't be any worse than everyone else and the goddamn dragon that was involved. Why are boys so loud? Why are they all boys she knows!?*

Zaka, get everyone inside, I'll make sure the coast is clear.

*Maya puts a hoodie on cause her tank top was for sleeping, it's not meant for the window being open in January and these are all boys. And she makes sure there's no RA's wandering around.*

[ WELL SHIT he didn't even see Kano falling earlier, so he is very, very glad that a dragon is catching him, even if it's not super graceful. God. He would have been beside himself if he'd let one of his new buddies die in the first week. He trots over to where everyone's kind of piled up here, and also there's a bear? That. That is a bear. What the hell. And Maya is just outing his secret identity in front of everyone, that's rude! Quick, he needs a cover story. Something really good. ]

Uh - I don't know who Peter is. I'm Spider-Man.

[ Nailed it. But there are more important things to do now. Like - okay, if people aren't dead, that's good, but he doesn't like the angles some people's arms might be at? ]

Is everybody okay? Do I need to go get a doctor or something?

[ He can go swing across campus and find someone probably. ]

*So, for a brief moment, Kano isn't screaming.*

*Because for a brief moment there is no sound in the room.*

*Maya's kinda stumbled back into a wall and slumped down staring at basically nothing as her mind takes her places she never wanted to revisit, all from her past.*

[The sudden loss of sound is immediately apparent- not the least because it means Kano's screaming bloody murder is suddenly cut short. But so is everything- and Gongenzaka has sensitive ears.] M- Maya..!

[He exclaims, coming over hurriedly to start, but then lowering himself down to all fours instead before he adds to the panic by giving Maya the sight of a charging bear. Once close enough however, he places a paw carefully on her shoulder to try and get her attention.] Maya? Maya, please, speak to me...whatever it is that has happened, [he continues- though who knows if sound is coming out as he speaks,] ...I am here, as are many others..!

...Maya?

*Maya's not really seeing things right now. Not, the room, her mind is taking her back to a roof she was once on. A boy who once broke his arm. And now here she was, in another country and people around her are still barely surviving and she barely met them. She's just- this is what she does, she gets near people and they get hurt.*

*So she doesn't see a charging bear. She hears the calming Sound of her roommate, it's a little more agitated because, well, bear. His werepowers are louder than his human state. But he's still far more soothing a noise than anyone else in the room. 'Spider-Peter' gets close.*

*She looks up but she's still rather vacant and- broken, and she doesn't speak. But at least her power is back to just being around her and not the entire room.*

[ Peter is hurrying back in normal clothes, hopefully with help in tow? And - oh god what is that. He tries to open his mouth to say something but nothing comes out.

He spots Maya slumped in the corner, though, and hurries over to her. Shaking her shoulders gently, his mouth moving. ]

*Her power stops blanketing the room in silence after just a few moments. It was enough time to get attention but her power doesn't last, not when she's silently screaming like she was. She flinches away from contact. She's aware, but she still looks- off. There isn't as much fight in her as she should have.*

OTA AFTER ALL THIS SHIT HAS HAPPENED

[ It's slightly baffling that Peter, of all people, is the one who knocks on his door given he doesn't even live here, but you know what?

He's not questioning it. He's out of the room and pulling on a jacket, more for look than because he actually feels cold, as soon as he's gotten a grasp on the situation.

He's just...going to ignore the yelling going on right now and focus on who's injured. There's one obvious patient, at least. ]

If one of you could tell me what exactly happened here while I'm working...

[ Peter's coming up behind him? Yeah why is he here. He totally wasn't here when all of this went down, that was the spider guy. Who is now mysteriously not here. Who knows, it is a mystery. ]

I think they fell off the roof. I heard yelling and there were people laid out in the common room.

[ Which he probably already told Ekkehardt in his room but. Helping! ]

[ Kano can't tell him what happened, but he's the one screaming, and also the one who's obviously injured; Ekkehardt can find him on the couch in the common room with his arm broken so badly no amount of bandages can help him.

A bandage would be useful, though. To seal up his mouth. ]

[Imelda didn't necessarily have anyone knocking on her door, but with waking up to a child screaming outside the building, there's really no need for it. She's still in her pajamas with a shawl thrown over her shoulders and her shoes hastily slipped on, but she is out the door.

She arrives just about when Ekkehardt is getting to work, and comes to a halt behind him. Maybe trying to catch her breath because she's not on the first floor, thanks.]

Dios mios, what happened? [Is the first question out of her mouth, but not necessarily the more important one. He seems to know what he's doing, so she'll follow his lead for now.] Where do you need me?

[For clarification, Toki is not hurt at all, because he fell on the bear and bears are soft. He's fine, he's just... like that, and maybe having a little unrelated-to-the-fall breakdown. It's fine.]

TEA TIME | OTA

[Tea. Tea, is good. It is a calming drink, as far as Gongenzaka is concerned- something that helps not only with warming a person up, but healing the mind, the soul, the body-

He probably has an entire speech ready for it, but this is not the time for it. Nor was it the time while he made it.

Gongenzaka- still a bear with pants of course, though back in his geta and somewhat cleaned up- arrives with Maya again after things have slowly started to settle down, adults on scene, and certain explanations perhaps being traded. He carries a large tray with mugs carefully stacked, some (oddly cute looking) tea infusers, and a piping hot kettle of water.

And then without even pausing, moves into the middle of the mess to set it gently down before addressing everyone.] Ahmn...

...Given the stress, of tonight's events, [he declares calmly in broken english, setting up the mugs,] ...I thought, tea, would help with all of us...if there are...ahh... [A pause...and-] ...'Preferences'? ...If there are 'preferences', [He repeats somewhat more confidently,] I have, many teas. Saah...

[He knows some people's favorites, and for others, he's just pouring what they 'need' right now. So...Who wants tea?]

[ Where did that cool spider guy go? He's nowhere to be found now, somehow. But Peter Parker is here for some reason, and he's perusing the selection of teas.

Also the bear. Tea bear. Care bear? ]

[ Some time after his arm is bound and splint and immobile and he's stopped screaming—-

Kano presses himself up against the corner of the room, not in any chair but sitting himself directly on the floor, back pressed into the corner where the two walls can guard him on either side.

A tea party. God.

...He smiles up at Gon, making sure his voice is upbeat and chipper. ]

Over here, over here~ Can I get a hot water?

[ ...not even tea. Just hot water. ]

[Toki wanders into the room, where there was supposedly tea. He dropped his phone when he fell off the roof, so he doesn't have the translator running, and doesn't know what the bear is talking about, but apparently said bear is running the show.]

Hey, uh, bear~!

[Yuya flops back into one of the chairs, no longer very tired.]

Whatever you made is fine, Gongenzaka. [He flashes him a smile.] Thanks.

Interrogating the kids... (Toki, Gon, Yuya, Maya, and later Kano)

[Toki, Gon, and Yuya are the first on Imelda's list. If they're still lingering around the common room, then she'll just approach them directly. But she's not opposed to seeking them out in their rooms if they've already left. Her opening "question" is about as direct as it can be:]

Tell me what happened here. From the top.

[For Maya]

[It's not the middle of the night anymore. Maya isn't really her responsibility, and she's already left the scene of the crime, so Imelda isn't going to bother her by waking her up if she's managed to get back to sleep... But she does stop by later in the morning, a little before noon. They did not get off to the best start, but her name was dropped into Imelda's lap a few hours ago. And she feels responsible enough to check up on her.

So it's now that she's knocking lightly on her door, listening for a response. If the door does open, even a little, Imelda will take that as a chance to explain her visit.]

Hello, Maya. Can I come in? I just want to talk about what happened last night. [And not about any of the other stuff.]

[For Kano]

[She's waited until Ekkehardt's gotten Kano patched up, and maybe given him a little space after that, but not much longer. She looks... frazzled, to say the least. She's still in her night clothes with a shawl around her shoulders, but she doesn't seem to care much about her state of dress right now. What she does seem to care about is Kano.]

How are you feeling? Better?

[Yuya's still around, but he doesn't look terribly enthusiastic when Imelda comes up to question him. He looks sideways, shrugging as he rubs the back of his neck while he decides how much info he should spill.]

I didn't see it all. They were only playing a game, I think? And falling was an accident.

[If you can call pranking someone about summoning spirits a game. Maybe it is in the supernatural world!]

[Toki's not sure what Imelda actually said specifically, but it's pretty obviously some form of "what did you do?" He's going to tell her everything, because details are important to set everything in context. He's going through the entire story in rapid-fire Japanese, so it's over and done with as quickly as possible and he can go back upstairs and pretend it didn't happen.]

Kano texted me and said that I won a prize or something, but I had to answer questions to get it, and I didn't really want to get into it because it sounded like too much work, but then somehow I was answering him anyway. He asked me to pick a number and a color, and then he asked where I was from and said I needed to have my ID number for something to do with the academy, which I didn't have because my sister kept track of those things and then she died and I don't know what happened to them. So, Kano wanted to play Kokkuri-san to ask her to summon my sister's spirit and get the ID information, but once we were on the roof he said he forgot a coin and that we needed a coin or something small to channel Kokkuri-san with. I didn't have any money either, so we used my Rilakkuma phone charm and summoned Kokkuri-san. I didn't believe that it worked at first, so when he asked for an offering to Kokkuri-san, I said that she should take his soul, but I didn't mean it, because I didn't think it was real. And it wasn't, but he made me think it was after that because he jumped off the roof! But he really didn't jump off the roof because Yuya said it was an illusion. He was like making himself invisible or something and I just heard his voice, so I thought he was actually possessed by Kokkuri-san! Then he said to bring his soul back I had to find a body for Kokkuri-san and he wanted a doll and I freaked out a little bit because they scare me and then, since Kano was really on the roof the whole time, he touched me and I wasn't expecting it and I slipped and he tried to grab me before I fell off the roof, but I just pulled him down over the edge too. Then there was a guy in red and a talking bear and Kano kept screaming and I still thought he was Kokkuri-san, so I wasn't paying attention to anything else that was happening once we came inside. Can I go now?

[By the time Gongenzaka is back in the room at all, Imelda has potentially had time to question one or two of the others who aren't either in Deep Panic, or injured. At least one mug of tea is dished out between when he returns, and when Imelda approaches in fact.

He offers her a mug, of course. 'It is better for us all, to ease ourselves- to better aid those here'. But, she refuses- and so the kettle and such sit between them as he answers her question.]

I was preparing, for the short sleep which comes before changing shape to be human, once more, [he begins calmly.] When I began to hear shouts, outside.

As I looked out from my window, I saw as Toki began to fall- it was slowed, by what looked like string, or spider's web. I came out, through my window, [he continues, gesturing with his paws,] To attempt to catch who fell- and so, Toki landed upon me!

Kano, I believe, was caught by my friend Yuuya's companion...though Toki seemed uninjured, Kano was... [...Surely? No, not that word- ah.] ...Was...'Certainly' not. So, I asked the 'Spider-Man' who helped, to help bring them inside, and also, to find help.

My roommate, who heard, offered to wait at the common room...but, when we arrived... [It is here that his calm and steady tone falters somewhat, ears drooping.] ...

...I...cannot speak, for why it affected her, but, she became..very 'distressed'. So, I helped her back to our room, while Yuuya watched the others, and while 'Spider-man' sought help.

[If he never says Peter it's the same as just never having to state if they're the same or not right. Yeah.] ...As it is, I felt tea would help, both for the cold, and, for the panic. It was...a good distraction, for Maya, at the least.

[ After being tended to by Ekkehardt, Kano had been left to himself on the couch, pressing himself against one of the arms with his legs up and knees drawn to his chest to make himself small- he wishes he'd chosen to lie flat instead, when he sees Imelda approach, maybe turn the other way and pretend to be asleep and allow no room for her to sit, but it's a little late for that.

All he can do now is hug himself close and smile. ]

Yep~ I'm all patched up, now! 100% better! Maybe even more than that- aah, Ekkehardt is really good at his job, you know? He's amazing! I've never felt better!

*Oh it was tempting to just do something petty or mean. Play music through the door. Keep her out by making the space inhospitable to some people. She could have started the music as soon as she heard Imelda through the door. But... no, that'd just make for more trouble.*

*She comes out in a tank top, vest, and sweatpants. Proper enough to be in the common room. Not quite enough to really let her go around the campus. She's looks like she didn't sleep well and a little haunted.*

...You really think I'd let you in my room?

I wasn't involved, my roommate was and I was awake. I made tea with Zaka, and then I stayed in my room.

Well, he feels like he should probably take care of his fellow RA, too. So he's approaching her, after she's finished talking to everyone involved. ]
